Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Pastime account at any time while signed in on the web or mobile app.
Delete while signed in
- Sign in to Pastime.
- Open Settings.
- Scroll to Delete account.
- Type DELETE and confirm.
Privacy questions
If you have privacy questions, use our public contact details. Signed-in members can also use Pastime Support for an account-specific thread.
What happens next
Once the request is accepted, your account is disabled and the app signs you out. A background process then queues your profile and server-owned uploads for removal. Deletion will be completed within 30 days, and we will email you when it is complete. Known media URLs may remain in storage or CDN caches while deletion and cache expiry complete.
Some safety, dispute, legal, or financial records may be retained with account identifiers removed or pseudonymised. If an external account or payment provider is unavailable, the request remains queued for retry or operator resolution instead of reporting completion.
