Terms of Use
These terms describe the rules for creating an account and using Pastime.

Using Pastime
You must be legally able to agree to these terms, provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Events and other members
Members create and attend events independently. Organisers must describe events accurately, provide a safe experience and comply with applicable laws. Attendees must follow organiser instructions and treat other people respectfully. Unless stated otherwise, event organisers are responsible for hosting events, not Pastime.
Content and conduct
You keep ownership of content you create. You give Pastime permission to host, display and process it only as needed to operate, secure and provide the service. This permission is non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free for that purpose, and ends when the content is no longer needed, subject to queued deletion and justified retention. Content and behaviour must follow the Community Guidelines. We may remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts to protect users and comply with law.
Payments
Where paid events are available, Stripe processes payments and organiser payouts. The total price and applicable refund terms must be shown before purchase. Statutory rights are not affected. Organisers must also accept our organiser payment terms.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Pastime available and secure, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or guarantee events organised by members. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Account closure and retained records
You can request account deletion in Settings. Account access is disabled and provider and media cleanup continues as queued background work; it is not guaranteed to finish at the moment you submit the request. Some financial, dispute, fraud-prevention, reconciliation or legal records may need to be retained or de-identified.
iOS licence terms
For an iOS download, Apple's Standard EULA applies unless a custom EULA is supplied in App Store Connect. Read Apple's Standard EULA. These service terms cover the Pastime account and service; they do not replace terms Apple applies to the licensed app.
